Developed a strategic plan for a $48 million government healthcare division responsible for Medicare and Medicaid provider survey and certification operations. Work included organizational assessment, operational analysis, strategic goal development, and implementation planning.

Urology MIPS Value Pathway Strategy

Led strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and project management for development of a CMS Quality Payment Program Urology MIPS Value Pathway. Facilitated advisory boards, aligned quality measures with program priorities, and led development of the final submission.

Oncology Strategic Planning & Population Health

Led strategic initiatives supporting bladder, lung, and prostate cancer programs within a multibillion-dollar healthcare portfolio, including strategic planning, quality improvement, care coordination, and health equity initiatives.

Healthcare Policy & Business Impact Analysis

Conducted strategic analysis of emerging CMS oncology value-based care models, evaluating their potential operational, financial, and strategic implications for healthcare organizations.

New Program & Operational Planning

Developed strategic and operational plans for healthcare outreach and preventive care initiatives, including an immunization program designed to improve population health outcomes while reducing avoidable hospitalization costs.

Healthcare Financial & Operational Strategy

Developed cost estimates and operational transition strategies for 46 hospitals and more than 100 provider-based clinics transitioning billing operations to the CMS Outpatient Prospective Payment System.
