Directed end-to-end strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and quality alignment for a CMS Quality Payment Program Urology MIPS Value Pathway (MVP). This included facilitating advisory input, aligning clinical quality measures with federal priorities, and supporting successful submission and acceptance for the CY2025 Physician Fee Schedule.

Led integrated strategic and quality improvement initiatives across bladder, lung, and prostate cancer programs within a multi-billion-dollar healthcare portfolio.
