Urology MIPS Value Pathway (MVP) Strategy

Directed end-to-end strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and quality alignment for a CMS Quality Payment Program Urology MIPS Value Pathway (MVP). This included facilitating advisory input, aligning clinical quality measures with federal priorities, and supporting successful submission and acceptance for the CY2025 Physician Fee Schedule.

Oncology Population Health Strategy & Quality Improvement

Led integrated strategic and quality improvement initiatives across bladder, lung, and prostate cancer programs within a multi-billion-dollar healthcare portfolio. Work focused on improving care coordination, strengthening quality performance, advancing health equity, and optimizing population health outcomes.

Co-led enterprise health equity initiatives focused on improving equitable access to care and medication adherence outcomes.
