Parker Healthcare, LLC

Parker Healthcare, LLC is managed by David D. Parker RN, BSN, MHS who has more than 30 years of experience in a variety of clinical, operational, and management positions with providers, payers and government entities.  In his last position as the Director for Healthcare Quality Strategy at Johnson & Johnson, he oversaw the Quality Strategy of a Multi-Billion Dollar Solid Tumor Oncology Portfolio.  Additionally, he has held management positions with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), Johns Hopkins Institutions, and CIGNA Healthcare. Prior to entering healthcare, he worked in the family business which was led by Baltimore Colt Football Hall of Famer Jim Parker.

David is a graduate of the Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg School of Public Health (M.H.S. – Health Finance & Management; Administrative Residency completed at the University of Maryland Rehabilitation & Orthopaedic Institute), Edinboro University (B.S. – Nursing) and the University of Maryland at College Park (B.S. – Kinesiological Sciences) where he was a member of the Maryland Terrapin Football Team. Additionally, David has Professional Certificates from Carnegie Mellon University's (Risk Management) and New York University/IIL (Project Management).
