Parker Healthcare LLC is a healthcare strategy and transformation advisory firm led by David D. Parker, RN, BSN, MHS, a senior healthcare executive with more than 30 years of leadership experience across provider, payer, and government healthcare systems.

David brings deep experience across healthcare operations, policy, and quality strategy, with prior leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson, where he led enterprise healthcare quality strategy across a multibillion-dollar oncology portfolio. Additional experience includes senior roles with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), Johns Hopkins Medicine, and Cigna Healthcare, focused on healthcare policy implementation, quality strategy, and system-level transformation.

He holds advanced and professional training in healthcare management, nursing, risk management, project management, and artificial intelligence from Johns Hopkins University, Carnegie Mellon University, New York University, and the University of Maryland, College Park.
