Project Manager for a Precision Medicine Initiative (Biomarker Testing) titled “Lung Cancer Biomarker Quality Measure Concepts” that contained three quality measure concepts (i.e., Health Equity, Repeat Testing, Broad Panel Testing) that were submitted to the CMS’ Collaborative Measure Workspace.

Provided analysis of transformative CMS Innovation Center Value Based Care Model for Oncology.

Led Quality Strategy on Population Health Initiatives for patients with Bladder Cancer, Lung Cancer, and Prostate Cancer (multibillion-dollar portfolio).

Project Manager for the development of a CMS Quality Payment Program (QPP) Urology Merit-based Incentive Payment System (MIPS) Value Pathway (MVP) including serving as the project manager for multiple Advisory Boards, quality measure determination and responsible for the submission of the final MVP to CMS for their review. CMS accepted this Urology MVP which will be included in the Calendar Year 2025 Physician Fee Schedule.

Developed and submitted three Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Quality Payment Program (QPP) Merit Incentive Payment System (MIPS) Improvement Activities (IAs) which included the following: (a) Health Equity Access to Care (Prostate Cancer), (b) Lung Cancer Screening (Lung Cancer) and (c) Care Coordination (Bladder Cancer). CMS accepted the Lung Cancer Screening IA which will be included in the Calendar Year 2025 Physician Fee Schedule.

Served on the Pharmacy Quality Alliance's (PQA) Health Equity Technical Expert Panel for Medication Usage.

Co-Led the Health Equity Workstream at the world's largest Healthcare Company.

Contracted with the Maryland Department of Health’s Community Health Resources Commission to evaluate applicant responses to the Commission’s Request for Applications titled, “To Promote Health Equity and Expand Access To Care”. As part of the review process, Reviewed applicant’s materials to identify their ability to operationally deliver transformative and innovative health delivery models with a particular eye on their ability to positively impact Social Determinants of Health and the applicant’s plan to intertwine medical & non-medical needs to improve health outcomes.
