Parker Healthcare LLC is a boutique healthcare strategy and program development consultancy that helps nonprofits, professional associations, public health organizations, and government entities design and execute initiatives that improve outcomes and advance mission impact.

Our work supports executive teams and boards in clarifying priorities, developing strategic roadmaps, and aligning funding, stakeholders, and evaluation frameworks for successful implementation.

Parker Healthcare is led by David D. Parker, RN, BSN, MHS, a healthcare strategist with more than 30 years of cross-sector experience across clinical practice, health administration, federal affairs, and quality strategy. His leadership background includes roles at Johnson & Johnson, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the Johns Hopkins Institutions, and Cigna Healthcare. David holds a Master of Health Science from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, along with professional certificates from Carnegie Mellon University and New York University/IIL.
